Parameters:
  • gdc_sample_sheep (str) – Path to TCGA Sample Sheet TSV file

  • gdc_download_files (str) – Path to downloaded TCGA data files directory

  • clinical_cart (str) – Path to TCGA clinical data tar.gz file
